TERES publishes seven policies that govern its hearing services and the DASH platform. TERES is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security management. The Service Level Agreement commits to 99.9% monthly availability for the DASH platform core and to transcript accuracy of 98% from AI and 99.5% after human review.
